Stage 1 goes beyond refinement and develops the engine’s available performance through targeted ECU calibration. Power and torque delivery, throttle response and overall responsiveness are treated as one system rather than isolated headline figures.
The most noticeable change is usually the way the motorcycle drives through the middle of the rev range: more immediate when asked, smoother as the load changes and better integrated with the shift assistant where the model supports it.
